About Power Training

One of the most effective ways to train for power is plyometric exercises; they allow athletes to train their muscle fibers to provide explosive movements, because the muscle stretches and then contracts quickly.

In order to do plyometric exercises safely and get the most out of these movements, individuals must have a solid base of functional strength. As such, we have included complimentary exercises that build strength in muscles and increase workload to your joints and stabilizers needed for most plyometric exercises.

We will be adding new exercises frequently. If you have not done so, sign up for our email newsletter to receive new drills and exercise updates.
