COVID-19 Shipping Information
- Due to the on-going pandemic, Flat Rate International shipping windows are an estimate only and orders may delivery earlier or later due to delays.
- To help ensure quick delivery and reduce the chance of lost shipments, certain international orders will only have a priority/express option with an expedited delivery window of 1-4 business days from the date the order is shipped.
- International shipments will continue to be flat rate and flat rate costs do not include customs/duties and taxes.
- Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to deliver orders to certain international countries. See the list here Country List.

General Shipping Information
- Most orders will be processed within one business day (Monday through Friday).
- Orders received on Friday, after 11am PST will be begin processing on the following business day, excluding holidays.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive email confirmation and correspondence as soon as an order has been processed and shipped with tracking information.
- If an item(s) is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, customer will assume the cost of a return fee and re-shipping charge.
- Orders will not be refunded in the case of incorrect information; including billing and shipping.
- Orders refused by the customer will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee–based on the full purchase price.
- Entire order must ship to a single address.

UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Free shipping is provided to all deliveries within the 50 United States.
- After processing the estimated transit time, within the 48 contiguous states, is 2-3 business days. For Hawaii and Alaska allow 4 business days.
- No minimum purchase required.
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
- Cannot be combined with any other offer.
- After your order shipment confirmed, we will provide a tracking number.
- The actual delivery time frame is based on delivery country’s customs.
- The entire order must ship to a single address.
- Orders refused by the customer will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee–based on the full purchase price (including shipping).
- Please note that during peak holidays, please account for slower processing and shipping times.
Duties and Taxes
- International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes levied by the country where the purchase ships.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
- To use a coupon or promotional codes, click “View Cart” after adding items to your cart. Then, enter your coupon code in the designated box. If the coupon code is not active or is invalid, it will not be deducted from your order. If you feel that the coupon you have should be working, but it does not, please contact our a customer service agent at email@example.com.
If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, return your merchandise. Full refunds (purchase price and applicable taxes) are good up to 30 days after your product is delivered.
Returned item(s) must be received within 15 business days from the date the refund process is confirmed. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping.
All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow at least 10-20 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) for the credit to be processed and issued.
If your product is registered (warranty registration) we will replace defective item(s) at no charge, provided you report the problem within a hundred and twenty (120) days from receipt of the product.
Other than registering your product, you must provide us with photo(s) of the defects via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
At this time, we do not accept international returns or warranties.
