Getting Started

Before performing a drill full speed, take it slow several times, so you and your training partner become comfortable operating the X-PLOSIVE SPEED TRAINER™.

Always make sure the X-PLOSIVE SPEED TRAINER Partner Strap is taut between you and your partner before performing a drill. The partner should always assume an athletic position (knees slightly bent, hips back) to anticipate you or another athlete pulling.
